Economics – Assistant Professor, Behavioral Theory

 

The Department of Economics invites applications for a faculty position at the assistant professor level. Successful applicants should have a primary research interest in behavioral theory.  It is highly desirable that the applicant have a secondary interest (research and/or teaching) in one of the other fields of strength of the department: Public Economics, Labor Economics, Econometrics, Macroeconomics or Financial Economics. Applicants should expect to have a Ph.D. in Economics completed by August 1, 2009. Candidates should apply by December 8, 2008 to be interviewed at the AEA meetings in San Francisco. Thereafter the position is open until filled.
